Hellfire Fat Burner Vs Arson Fat Burner (Review)

Hellfire Fat Burner Vs Arson Fat Burner (Review)

Hellfire Fat Burner Vs Arson Fat Burner
Well, it should come to no surprise that both these products are fat burners. But both Hellfire and Arson are our top thermogenic fat burners in 2019. In fact, Hellfire Fat Burner held this title for almost three years. Now, it’s time to break-down which is REALLY the best thermogenic in 2019!

Don’t forget to check out some other comparisons!

Lipodrene VS Hellfire
Hellfire VS Black Mamba

What Do They Share
There are 3 ingredients in Hellfire and Arson that exactly the same;

Caffeine
Black Pepper Extract
2-Aminoisoheptane

But, we’ve highlighted 4:

Both these products also share N-Methyl-B-Phenylethylamine. This is a Phenylethylamine Alkaloid but the sources are different.

We’ll dive into this later on. Lastly, Hellfire contains Rauwolfia Serpentine Extract. Meanwhile, Arson contains Yohimbe Extract. Rauwolscine is like an alternative to  Yohimbine. So they act in the same way, but we’ll go into this later as well.

Caffeine Anhydrous
Caffeine is a great foundation stimulant. It’s the most common stimulant found in food and supplements.  Caffeine can aid in increasing your:

Metabolism
Energy
And suppress your appetite. (1)

N-Methyl-B-Phenylethylamine
N-Methyl-B-Phenylethylamine originates from a Phenylethylamine. An alkaloid often represented as PEA. PEA plays an important role in the body and dispersion neurotransmitters. This alkaloid triggers the receptor TAAR-1 in the brain. TAAR-1 then activates the release of the neurotransmitters:

Serotonin
Epinephrine(adrenaline)
Dopamine
Norepinephrine

Which then promotes the increase in

Mood
Cognitive function
And overall well-being. (2, 3)

Okay but what about the sources?
Hellfire’s PEA alkaloids are derived from Senegalia Berlandieri Extract. Whereas Arson’s come from Eria Jarensis Extract.

For starters, both these ingredients are considered stimulants. But in terms of PEA alkaloids-

Senegalia Berlanidieri Extract has is more abundant in PEA alkaloids. But in overall strength and performance, we got to give that to Eria Jarensis.

Rauwolfia Serpentine Extract VS Yohimbe Extract
Well as we mentioned above, these are kind of the same substances. In fact, Rauwolfia root contains about 50 alkaloids. One of them being Yohimbine. But it’s the most abundant. Rauwolscine is basically like an alternative to yohimbine but with increased potential. (4,5)

Black Pepper Extract
Black Pepper extract also known as Bioperine or just Piperine is an alkaloid of Black Pepper. Many studies indicate piperine has the ability to enhance the absorption of drugs and natural compounds. (6) But that’s not the only reason to add it to a fat burner. Piperine may also increase thermogenesis.

2-Aminoisoheptane HCl
Arson is a prop blend, but Blackstone confirmed there are 125mgs of 2-Aminoisoheptane. Hellfire, on the other hand, does not disclose the amount in the blend. This ingredient is also known as DMHA. Typically it is the potent stimulant in a product used to replace DMAA.

In fact, DMHA shares similar structures to that of DMAA. They actually work in the same fashion. They both boost dopamine and noradrenaline uptake while slowing down re-uptake. (15)

What Makes Them Different:
Now that we’ve covered what they share, let go over what makes them special.

Hellfire Fat Burner

Sengalia Berlandieri Extract
Now We’ve already tapped into Senegalia a little before. But there’s more to it’s potential than just a producer of PEA. It’s very similar to a different beloved ingredient no longer available; Acacia Rigidula. But… It may not be quite as strong. In either case, this ingredient is going to promote fat breakdown and boost metabolism. (7)

Ephedra Extract
Ephedrine was a popular stimulant used in fat burners prior to ~2002. This herb promoted weight loss by increasing metabolism. However it’s not available in dietary supplements anymore.

Now supplements contain the alkaloid ephedra. They’re not the exact same compound, but ephedra exerts very similar effects. Including the effects on weight loss (8). Ephedra is most recognized for its effects on energy and suppressing appetite.

Higenamine HCl
Higenamine is a beta-receptor agonist, it’s often compared to Ephedrine and Synephrine. But it’s chemical structure is pretty unique. Higenamine actually shows the properties of a vasodilator. Which leads to increased blood flow to the muscles. Unlike in most stimulants, which are vaso-constricting(9).

Evodiamine
Evodiamine promotes thermogenesis. This is due to its vanilloid receptor agonistic activities. Which are comparable to capsaicin. (10)

Peppermint Extract
Peppermint extracts are used extensively in the food industry to flavor products like gum. However, peppermint extracts may also help:

Process food better
Eases indigestion
Boost your metabolism.
Aid in appetite suppression
Reducing sugar cravings (11)

Black Tea extract
Findings suggest that black tea may contribute to good health and weight loss in humans. The results suggest that both green and black teas are prebiotics. Which promotes the growth of good microorganisms that contribute to a person’s well-being. (12,13)

Arson Fat Burner

Eria Jarensis Extract
Eria Jarensis is a DMAA-like stimulant. To be more specific, it would be between DMAA and PEA. DMAA is alpha alkylated which helps it resist breakdown by MAO enzymes for a long time. Whereas Eria Jarensis’ is dialkylated which works but is less effective. This ingredient has grown a reputation for its euphoric effects and as a DMAA replacement. †

Theobromine Anhydrous
Theobromine is found in cacao plants and tea leaves. In a fat burner, it provides energy and may help shed water weight. Like other stimulants, theobromine also may aid in appetite suppression. (15)

Green Tea Extract
There is a ton of research on Green Tea’s effect on weight loss. Some of the more recognized benefits include:(16)

Improving your body’s efficiency at burning calories
Improve exercise performance
Reduce visceral (belly fat) and inflammation

The Citrus-Rx Blend contains:

Citrus Nat Sudaidai Hayata Extract
Citrus Junos Siebal
Ex Tanaka Extract
Citrus limonium Extract
Citrus Aurantium Extract

In the Citrus-Rx Blend, we have 5 citrus extracts. Citrus Aurantium Extract is the most common extract we see in fat burners. But what’s more important is that there is a ton of research backing up the effect of it.

In general, citrus extract will help kick start fat breakdown and suppress your appetite. While also providing an energy boost. (17, 18)

Cayenne Pepper Fruit Extract
Cayenne Pepper Fruit Extract which contains Capsaicin. Which is comparable to the Evodiamine. So this is going to promote thermogenic effects and boost your metabolism. (19)

Grains of Paradise
Our last different ingredient is Grains of Paradise. Grains of Paradise contains the active compound 6 Paradol, as well as other compounds. Like Capsaicin, Paradol is the active flavor component of the seeds of Guinea pepper. Thus increases weight loss through thermogenesis. (20)

What Should You Expect

Although both these products are thermogenics, they have other properties that make them unique.

For Energy:

If you’re looking for a high energy fat burner AND you have a high tolerance to stimulants,

We would recommend Arson Fat Burner.

But, if you’re not sure if your tolerance is that high, Hellfire is still a great option.

For Mood Boosting/Focus:

Again, we have to give this to Arson. This is due to the combination of  Eria Jarensis and DMHA.  You may get some mood-boosting/focus aid from Hellfire, but it may not last as long.

For Thermogenesis:

Because Arson has an entire blend full of thermogenic ingredients, you’ll probably get the most from it.

But, Hellfire does contain 150 mg Ephedra. So it’s not completely out of the race here. This effect will vary greatly between individuals.

And our last fat burning property is Appetite Suppression:

Again based on the label Arson will have more ingredients (stimulants) that play into this category. But this is an effect that varies a lot. We would expect the appetite suppression properties to last longer in Arson.

What Do The Reviews Say?
